Summary:
Carousell is a great consumer to consumer marketplace app for buying and selling new and secondhand goods. The users we interviewed use the app regularly and more often than not have both purchased and sold items on the platform. The key takeaways were:
- I find it difficult to search for an item
- It is a pain to arrange delivery methods via sellers
- I have trouble ascertaining a seller's credentials and the quality of their products
